At Cecilie Bahnsen, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship Items

  Attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
